Membership fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, as membership benefits and services become available immediately upon activation. These benefits include access to our network, business matching opportunities, member communications, events, introductions, and other exclusive resources that are delivered throughout the membership period.

We understand that the value of being part of a network often develops over time through engagement, collaboration, and the relationships built within the ecosystem. For this reason, membership fees cannot be refunded based on the level of participation, utilization of benefits, or the achievement of specific business outcomes.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their membership at any time to prevent future renewals, if applicable; however, no full or partial refunds will be provided for the current membership period. As a member-focused organization, The Synergy Network reserves the right to make exceptions to this policy in exceptional circumstances and at its sole discretion.
